This page explains how the inquiry form on this website currently works. The operator’s complete privacy notice and privacy contact must be provided before the website is used for live bookings.
Your inquiry details
The form uses your name, WhatsApp number, preferred date, group size and experience choices to prepare a message in your browser. A pickup location is included only when you select pickup and drop-off. Avoid entering payment information, identity documents or sensitive personal details.
Preparing and sharing your message
Pressing “Request availability” prepares a preview; it does not send the form to a booking server. “Copy message” copies the preview to your device clipboard. Continuing to WhatsApp shares the message with WhatsApp, where you choose or review the recipient and send it yourself. WhatsApp’s own privacy practices apply to that service.
Information stored by this website
The inquiry form does not save your entries to browser storage or a site database. Your browser may retain form entries through its own autofill features. Once you share an inquiry, ask Dune Buggy DS how your message is retained and how to make a privacy request.
Hosting and third-party services
Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver the website. Details of the production host, operator identity, retention arrangements and privacy contact are awaiting confirmation. This site does not currently include analytics or advertising scripts.
